The User hereby represents and confirms that it is not engaged in any activities listed in the restricted services section (as amended from time to time) set out below:

MLM and entities operating as chit funds or Nidhi companies (except government or public sector entities).
Casino, nightclub, betting, gambling, or gaming businesses (gaming companies qualified under “games of skill” are excluded from this list).
Weapons, including firearms, ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, gun parts, and other armaments; antiques or art dealers.
Hazardous materials, including explosives and related goods; toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials and substances.
Dealers in gems and jewelry, precious metals, or bullion (including sub-dealers).
Money changers or money transfer agents.
Embassies or consulates.
Online lotteries.
Telemarketers.
Offshore corporations.
Unregulated and illegal currencies.
